I built a bunch of AI assistants within a week and was finally able to pass my social media including copy writing over to a marketer who is definitely not an expert in my field and still have posts come out sounding like me!
What were your main challenges? Being able to outsource marketing activities that were aligned to my brand voice and in line with my brand strategy - I knew would AI have something to do with it, but I wasn't sure how!
What did we work on that felt like a turning point or “aha” moment? Learning how to create system prompts and in turn create my own purpose built AI assistants. Understanding when to use different GPT versions to get the best outcomes for the task at hand.
Did anything shift in how you see or use AI + automations after our session/s? Now if there's an activity in my business that I repeat regularly instead of using generic Chat threads I build a bot that is specialised in addressing that task.

What’s changed since we worked together — in your business, workflow, or mindset? I can actually see where I will be able to build more spaciousness in my business and resolve blocks that I had struggled to address for a long time because I kept on being let down by external providers.
Have you implemented anything we worked on? If yes, how’s it going? Yes, you showed me how to build an AI Assistant and now I've made about half a dozen. You also told me about how you can call other AI Assistants into a thread to contribute their specialty and so now I am easily transitioning social posts to blog posts to newsletter content.
Do you feel more confident using AI or automations now? 100% - I have always been good at systems and come from a background in that space. I knew I wasn't using Chat to it's best capacity but I didn't have the time to research and teach myself and do all the other things that I have to do to sustain my business. Engaging with you has meant I have expedited that process - in January I was still hesitant about AI (for environmental reasons) but started to use it because I knew I couldn't keep up in business without it. You showed me how to use it most efficiently in late June and I now feel quite comfortable not just using and building out my own AI Assistants - I reckon i could teach people to do it now! (Not as well as you, but I could teach the concept)
What would you say the ROI (return on investment) has been — financially, mentally, emotionally, or operationally? I still need some more time to see the true pay off of being able to give my bots to someone else to create content for me that I simply have to approve, but since I have worked with you I've used an assistant to complete an awards application, my financial forecasts for 25/26 forecast and to create a months worth of content (the last ever that I create, hopefully) really quick and with razor sharp accuracy. Honestly though, I think I've already made my money back for our strategy session in the space of two weeks.
If someone was thinking about booking a session or working with me, what would you tell them? I have already told at least 3 people to schedule in with you directly and have told everyone on my personal social media
