You’ve got the brains. The business. The bottlenecks

A smiling woman wearing a black shirt with the word 'overstimulated' and blue headphones adjusted over her ears.

Your to-do list doesn't need another assistant.

It needs a clone of you that doesn't get tired, doesn't need a pep talk, and never forgets where you saved that damn file.

A wooden table with a vintage record player, a black Vitalogy album cover, a small potted plant, a disco ball, a stack of books, and a chair with a cushion. On the wall above the table are six posters and pictures, including artwork, text, and designs.

You're the strategist, the marketer, the ops team, and the one duct-taping systems together while watching people half as experienced pump out twice the content.

You know AI could help. But every time you try, you burn two hours arguing with ChatGPT and end up with copy that sounds like a robot in a Tarocash suit.

Meanwhile, AI updates every 28 minutes and you're pretty sure you're only scratching the surface of what it can actually do.

How It Works

Session 1: The Strategy

(Thursday Feb 19 | 9am AWST / 12pm AEDT | 2 hours live)

The AI delegation framework: which tasks to delegate, which tools actually fit those tasks, and why your choice matters more than the tool's features

Tool comparison: CustomGPTs vs Claude Projects vs automation platforms vs custom builds—and the decision matrix I use to choose

Your AI audit: We'll map your current workflows and identify your first AI assistant

Build together: You'll build your first working assistant using the right tool for your use case (might be a GPT, might be Claude, might be something else)

Implementation Week (Guided, Async)

  • Use your AI assistant at least 3 times in real work

  • Email check-ins to keep you accountable

  • Note what's working and what's not

Session 2: Troubleshooting & Expansion

(Monday Feb 23 | 9am AWST / 12pm AEDT | 2 hours live)

Show & tell: Share your wins, get inspired by others

Live troubleshooting: Fix what broke, refine what's clunky

Going deeper: Learn Agent mode and advanced builds

Map your next moves: Plan your next 2-3 AI assistants strategically

Plus: Resource Hub Access

Automation walkthroughs, templates, session replays, and the CustomGPT Library (27 battle-tested GPTs)—so you can revisit whenever you need.

Here's What Nobody Tells You

You've been handed tools. Not systems.

Told to "automate", but never shown the strategy to back it up.

Every AI workshop out there teaches you how to build a GPT, or how to write better prompts, or how to use one specific platform.

But no one's teaching you when to use which tool and why that choice matters more than how fancy your prompt is.

So you're out here trying to use a GPT for something that needs a Make scenario. Or over-engineering a custom build when a Claude Project would've done the job in 10 minutes.

This workshop changes that.

We're not here to build 10 GPTs you'll never use. We're here to build the AI delegation framework that helps you choose the right tool for the right task—then build your AI team members that actually move your business forward.

What You’ll Walk Away With

Your first working AI assistant: built with the tool that fits your use case, not just the one everyone's talking about

The delegation framework I use with private clients (the same one I charge $5K+ to implement)

The decision matrix for evaluating any new AI tool (so you stop collecting and start using strategically)

10+ hours back every week: that's more than a whole workday you're currently losing to stuff AI could do

The CustomGPT Library: 27 GPTs I've built for client work (content repurposing, client onboarding, strategy prep, email writing, research synthesis)

Access to future cohort replays: AI tools change fast, you'll get the updates

Look, I’ll Be Honest

You could probably figure this out yourself.

YouTube exists.

ChatGPT has a help section.

You're smart.

Because you've got 48 other things to do, and "learn AI properly" keeps sliding to next week. This workshop is the accountability, the shortcuts, and the "oh THAT'S how it works" moments — compressed into two sessions so you stop putting it off.

But you won’t.

What People Are Saying

"Even if you're fairly familiar with AI already, it's worth taking this workshop to fill in some gaps and have someone there with you executing in real time."

— Liv Steigrad, The Identity Dept (saves 2-3 hours/week on social scheduling alone)

"Brooke's approach to teaching is accessible and practical. Her workshops have you leaving with tangible outcomes — not just information you then need to apply."

— Monique, Monique Harding Coaching

"In a world where everyone positions themselves as an 'expert', be assured that Brooke actually is. If you want someone guaranteed to get your people excited, deliver change, and leave with a game plan they'll actually use, I 10/10 recommend Brooke."

— Peta, Professional Babe

“I no longer feel overwhelmed with the how-to’s… you’re amazing!”

This Is For You If...

You're the bottleneck in your business and you're over it

You want strategy, not another template pack collecting dust

You've been using ChatGPT like a glorified Google and know there's way more to it

You've said "I need to learn this" for six months and haven't

You want to know which tool to use when (not just how to use one tool for everything)

Black and white photo of a woman sitting on a wooden stool, laughing and looking to her left, in a dark room with minimal lighting.

This Isn’t For You If...

You want someone to build it all for you (that's what STACK to Scale is for)

You're looking for a course you can binge and forget

You're not willing to show up and do the work in the sessions

You're looking for a $97 course on how to write better prompts

The Real Outcome

This isn't about tools. It's about building systems that give you breathing room.

Brain space. Backup that finally gets it. Time to think instead of just do.

You're not just building bots. You're building a business that doesn't require you to hold every piece together with your bare hands.

But honestly? The credential that matters most is this: I've implemented AI systems for 100+ businesses. I know which tools work, which ones are overhyped, and which tasks aren't worth automating.

My own business? 300% revenue growth using the exact systems I'll teach you.

You might've seen me:

  • Speaking about AI alongside Canva, Microsoft, and HubSpot at industry conferences

  • Teaching inside Sabrina Romanov's community of 1,000+ women (Sabrina's got over a million followers and is one of the most respected AI educators out there)

I don't just teach AI — I'm the one they call when Canva wants someone who won't put their audience to sleep.

Questions? Answers

  • Perfect. We're starting with strategy, not tools. By the time we build anything, you'll know exactly why you're building it and whether a GPT is even the right choice.

  • Yes, you'll get the replays. But the real value is the live troubleshooting—I can't diagnose your specific setup from a comment on a recording.

  • Most of my clients aren't. This workshop assumes zero technical background. If you can use Google Docs, you can do this.

  • You'll get the replays, but I'd recommend rescheduling if possible. The live troubleshooting is where the real learning happens.

  • We'll use a mix of free and paid tools. Most of what we build will work on free tiers, but you'll get better results with a ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro subscription ($20–$30/month).

  • Even better. We'll audit what you've built, figure out what's working (and what's not), and fill in the gaps with the delegation framework.

  • Nope. We'll cover CustomGPTs, Claude Projects, automation platforms (Make, Zapier), and when to use each. The framework works for any AI tool.
