A ceramic mug with a red glaze and a beige, textured lower half, placed on a dark wooden surface with a lightly blurred background.

Overwhelmed? Yeah, I’ve been there

IS THIS YOU ?

Your to-do list is never-ending, and you’re stuck doing all the things.

  • You’ve tried setting up systems, but they end up feeling more like homework.

  • AI sounds cool, but… where do you even start?

Spoiler alert: The secret isn’t more grind—it’s having smarter tools and systems that match the way you work.

Woman with long hair holding a green notebook in front of her face against a plain white wall.
A woman with long, wavy hair sitting on the floor against a dark background, wearing a dark long-sleeve top and loose pants, looking contemplative.

In just 45 minutes, you’ll learn:

How to use CustomGPTs to handle repetitive tasks without lifting a finger.

How simple automations can save you hours of admin time each week.

How to reclaim hours of your week for stuff that actually matters.

Think of this as your shortcut to smarter systems—without the overwhelm.

The Deets:

MEET BROOKE

I'm an AI strategist on a mission to help 10,000 women build AI First businesses by 2026.

A woman with long wavy brown hair, smiling, sitting and holding an open book, wearing a white short-sleeved top against a plain light background.
A woman wearing a black T-shirt with the word 'overstimulated' printed on it, holding blue headphones over her ears with her eyes closed, in a room with a plain wall and some photographs or posters on it.

Got diagnosed with ADHD at 35 (autism a month later — plot twist!), which explained why every "just batch your content" post made me want to scream. Turns out, traditional business advice wasn't built for brains like mine.

So I did what any logical person would do: built my own AI systems that work WITH my chaotic, creative, neurodivergent brain instead of against it.

Now I help founders turn their brilliant ideas into AI-powered systems that think like them and work without them. Because your genius shouldn't be trapped in your head (or your 47 Google Docs).

When I'm not building bots at 2am like a gremlin, you'll find me sliding into DMs, dropping truth bombs about why your AI strategy isn't working, and proving that you don't need to be more neurotypical to be successful — you just need better systems.

Currently: Teaching women how to use AI strategically (not just prompting ChatGPT and hoping for the best).

Previously: Burning out in corporate every single year until I realised the systems were the problem, not me.
