The challenge
Liv runs The Identity Dept. She'd been playing with AI, but it had become a massive time suck — because she had the tools without the mindset behind them.
She could see the potential to save her time and her sanity. She just couldn't quite get there on her own.
The turning point
Two things clicked in the workshop: agent mode, and the real difference between projects and custom GPTs.
"Agent mode — and the actual difference between projects and GPTs."
The bigger realisation was that AI rewards specificity. Set things up properly, be specific, and it transforms from a fiddly distraction into something genuinely useful.
"How good it can be with the right mindset and specificity — it's worth taking the time to set things up properly."
What shifted
Liv started cutting the fiddly busywork out of her week — the small, repetitive admin that drains creative energy.
"Cutting out so much of the fiddly busywork, so I can spend more time in creativity and flow — or not working at all."
That's the point: less time on the tasks that don't need her, more time on the work that does.
The outcome
The savings started with her social scheduling — and they're only growing.
"I probably save 2-3 hours a week on my social scheduling, with more to come. I can see it being up to 10-15 hours a week."
Beyond the hours, Liv sees AI supporting her visibility and market research — the kind of work that opens doors for the business down the track.
In Liv's words
"Even if you're fairly familiar with AI already, it's worth taking this workshop to fill in the gaps and have someone there executing with you in real time."
She described Brooke's approach as considered, detailed and generous — and she came away building, with a lot more time on the horizon to win back.
