Three prompts run the whole thing. Paste them into Claude in order the first time, then reuse them every time you film something new. Part one finds what to film. Part two turns one video into every caption and a carousel. Part three posts it everywhere for you.
Part one — the brain: what to film
Run this before you film. Claude reads your real numbers through Windsor and tells you the formats that are actually working, then hands you a filming list that reuses them — so you're not guessing what to make next.
Part two — the factory: one video, every caption + a carousel
Film one video, run this once. Claude transcribes it, writes a caption matched to each platform in your voice, and builds a carousel from the same transcript. One job in, a week of content out.
Part three — the autopost: one video, five platforms
Hand off the last mile. Claude schedules the reel across all five platforms, spread over days, and shows you the plan before anything goes out. Watch the first two or three, then let it run.

The loop
Where followers turn into leads
The growth is nice, but the point is the funnel underneath it. A keyword on the video sends people to a free thing, the free thing gets you their email, and anything paid lives in the emails after — never on a cold 30-second video. You grow and capture at the same time.
Why I built this
I'm not a particularly good content creator. What I'm actually good at is refusing to do the same job five times. The hard part was never the filming — it's the everything-after: five captions, five platforms, the carousel, the scheduling. This system does the everything-after. It's how I've grown past 70,000 followers, most of them in the last six months, as a solo founder with no content team.

The system leans on two outside tools plugged into Claude. Here's what each one actually does.
Windsor — the brain
Pulls your real post numbers into Claude — saves, shares, watch-through — so it's ranking what's actually working for you instead of guessing at a generic "post more Reels".
Blotato — the autoposter
Connect your socials once, then let Claude schedule one video across all five platforms. It's the one paid piece, and it's my favourite because it just works — no babysitting a queue.
The honest bit
You still have to film — this doesn't invent you talking. Watch your first two or three autoposts before you trust the schedule. Windsor and Blotato both have free ways in, but Blotato becomes a paid tool once you're posting seriously. And you only teach Claude how you sound once — do that properly and every caption after comes out like you.
