Seven short days. One action each. Tick them off as you go — your progress saves automatically, even if you close the tab.
Work through one day at a time. Tap a day to open it, copy the prompts straight into Claude with the orange button, then stamp the circle when you're done. Day 7 tells you if you're ready for Cowork.
Everything you set up lands in one of three homes. Keep this in the back of your mind all week — by Day 7 you'll use it to decide exactly what to build for your business.
What about Projects? A Project is a separate workspace for one ongoing job or client (your "content" project, your "Client X" project). Handy for keeping things apart — but it's not the home for your always-on identity. That's your Profile.
The trigger for building a skill isn't excitement — it's repetition. When you catch yourself asking Claude the same thing three times, that's your next skill.
Plan: the free plan is fine for the early days, but connectors and skills (Days 5–6) need a paid plan (Pro or Max), and there are usage limits — if Claude says you've hit a cap, wait a bit or upgrade. Don't take it personally.
Your data: on personal Pro/Max plans, your chats aren't used to train Claude by default, and you control every connection (Day 5). Putting your business info in is safe and it's what makes Claude useful — but check Settings → Privacy if you ever want to be sure.
All seven days, stamped. You've got custom instructions, a business project, a voice doc, connected apps and your first skill. That's a real foundation — most people never get this far.
