The Claude content system I use to post 150 times a week

Four copy-paste prompts that teach Claude your real voice, turn one filmed video into every platform's copy, and get it all scheduled automatically. It's the exact system behind 70,000+ new followers in the last six months.

My Claude Content System

The exact prompts I use to turn one filmed video into every platform's copy, in my own voice, then get it all scheduled without lifting a finger.

What's inside

These four prompts run my entire content system. Paste them into Claude in this order the first time you set it up, then reuse prompts two, three and four every time you film something new.

1

Connect and learn your voice

Do this one first, and only once. Claude scrapes your real posts and builds a voice profile, so everything it writes after this sounds like you, not like a chatbot.

I've connected Apify. Scrape my last 90 days of posts from [your handle], pull the transcripts, and build me a voice profile: how I open videos, my pet phrases, how I explain things, what I never say. Save it as voice.md and use it for every caption and script you write for me.
2

Find what's actually working

Run this before you film. Claude looks at what you've already scraped and tells you the pattern in your best posts, so you're not guessing what to film next.

Look at my scraped posts and tell me the pattern in my top performers: hooks, topics, formats. Give me a filming list for next week based on it.
3

Write from a transcript

Film one video, run this once, and get three platforms' worth of copy back in your voice, not a generic version of it.

Here's the transcript of a video I just filmed. Write my Instagram caption, TikTok caption and LinkedIn post in my voice from voice.md. Keep my exact phrasing where it's good.
4

Schedule the week

Hand off the last mile. Claude books it straight into your scheduler, so it goes out without you opening a single app.

Connect to Blotato and schedule this week's posts: [list]. Two posts a day, morning and evening, my timezone.

Here's the whole loop, no jargon.

The loop

1
Scrape your own voice. A scraping tool pulls the transcripts from your last 90 days, or 12 months if you want the full picture, of your own posts.
2
Claude learns it. It studies how you actually talk, not a generic "helpful assistant" tone, and saves it as a voice profile it checks every time it writes for you.
3
One video becomes every platform's copy. Film once, hand Claude the transcript, and get Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn copy back in your voice.
4
The scheduler ships it. A scheduling tool posts it out on the days and times you choose. You never open five different apps to publish one video.

Why I bothered building this

I'm a solo founder. No content team, no one doing captions at midnight for me. This system is how I publish over 150 pieces of content a week, and it's the reason I've grown my accounts by more than 70,000 followers, mostly in the last six months. It's not a theory, it's what's actually sitting behind my content right now.

This system only works because Claude is connected to two outside tools. Here's what each one actually does.

📅

Blotato — the scheduler

Connects to Claude and pushes your finished posts straight to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. It's my favourite scheduler because it just works, no babysitting a queue.

🔍

Apify — the scraper

Pulls your own past posts and transcripts so Claude has real material to learn your voice from, instead of guessing at a generic tone from a single prompt.

The honest bit on cost

Both are paid tools with entry-level plans, not free add-ons. Budget for a small monthly spend on each before you build this out. Worth it once you're posting daily, overkill if you're only posting once a week.
